Event Details

The Great Big Green Week is the UK’s biggest ever celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature. In 2023, the Great Big Green Week is taking place between 10th and 18th June.


A variety of drop in activities will be taking place throughout the week in Bovey Tracey and the National Trust site at Parke.

Saturday 10th June, 10am – 4pm: Climate Crisis Corner at Mill Marsh Park (with children’s activity)

Wednesday 14th June, 10.30am – 3.30pm: Community Conservation Day at Parke

Thursday 15th June, 9.30pm – 11.30pm: Bat Safari with Bovey Bat Group

Week-long: Town Trail for Kids (with prizes), Pledge Tree at Parke, Gardening for Climate Change tips at Parke
