Event Details

Through black and white photographs and poems, Carol Ballenger and John Powls celebrate a 25 year collaboration with an exhibition in two parts, and the publication of their updated and enlarged book: Dartmoor Dreams.

Carol’s early photographs, scanned from original darkroom prints, and recent digital photographs are presented in the two exhibitions as fine art prints, together with John’s poems. They represent the special and longstanding relationship between photographer and poet and the Dartmoor landscape.

Dartmoor Dreams — New Work is an exhibition at MAKE Southwest, running parallel with Dartmoor Dreams — Early Work, which is showing at the National Park Visitor Centre, Princetown until 1 September 2022.

Come and see the result of a unique partnership between two artists whose work has been shown nationally and internationally.

Open Wed-Sat, 11am-5pm
