February Half Term Workshop - Children's Advanced Sewing with Pom Stitch Tassel

Join Pom Stitch Tassel at February half term for their children’s advanced sewing workshop -Thursday 16th February, 10am – 12pm.  

This workshop is great for improving your child’s sewing ability and skills. In this advanced 2.5 hour workshop, your child will create a gathered skirt apron – perfect for baking, crafting or gardening. They could create one for themselves or someone else as a gift.

Please note this involves operating a sewing machine so is only suitable for children age 7 – 17. This workshop is for advanced sewers, they therefore require your child to already possess basic sewing machine ability as there will not be time to teach this in the class. Pom Stitch Tassel recommends that your child undertakes as beginners sewing course or a one-to-one lesson prior if they don’t already have a basic sewing machine ability.

Equipment is supplied for the workshop including the sewing machines and attendees should take home a finished skirt apron as well as an improved sewing ability. You will be required to bring two 1/2 metres of contrasting cotton or polycotton fabric.
