Working sheepdog demonstrations: Two men and their dogs

Date 2nd June 6.30 pm – 8pm, but repeated every Thursday evening same time until the end of August, then during September every Thursday afternoon 2.30pm to 4.

Every Thursday evening join champion sheepdog trainers Jed & Kenny Watson to learn more about the joys and challenges of farming on Dartmoor, their sheep and the essential role their dogs play.

After the demonstration there will be the chance to ask any questions you have about farming or training dogs.

Meet at the National Park Visitor Centre in Postbridge, PL20 6TH (what 3 words: tailors.obeyed.nightlife).

Suitable for all the family. Free entry.

Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.

Please arrive in plenty of time with appropriate clothing for the weather and footwear to walk the few hundred metres to the field.

Feel free to bring a folding chair or mat to take to the field to sit on.
