Guided Walk - ANNUAL FUR TOR TREK

Start Time: 9am NOTE EARLY START

Meeting Point: Fernworthy Reservoir, Parking near big shed near back of reservoir.

Duration:  11-12 miles 6-7 hours

Route: Grey Weathers, Sittaford Tor, Statts House, River Dart, Cut Hill and Fur Tor. (About 1 hour at Fur Tor to collect special letterbox stamp and lunch). A custom of walking to Fur Tor on New Year’s started in the 1980s, join us this time to be at Fur Tor for midday.

Note: Some river crossings which maybe high at this time of year.
