Bovey Castle is proud to offer dog-friendly rooms. Bring along your pooch for a paw-fect stay in the heart of Dartmoor National Park with 275 acres of grounds to explore. Our team at Bovey Castle offer 5-star service to your furry friends, catering to every canine request. You can expect the whole pooch package at Bovey Castle. On check-in a welcome letter, along with a bed, bowl, toy and chew will be provided and crates or outdoor kennels are also available if required.
Although dogs are not permitted in every part of the hotel, we welcome them in all of our public areas including the cathedral room whilst you enjoy some refreshments. If the sun is shining, take your pooch out to the terrace to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea or a cold beverage.
Get prepared for adventure! You and your pup should take full advantage of our 275 acre estate and we can provide a walks booklet suitable for dogs, starting from the hotel and further afield. After a long walkies take a well-deserved rest and a treat or two.
