We are located in the beautiful Tamar valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty on the western edge of Dartmoor. Rolling countryside views and easy walking distance to open moorland.  The area offers easy access to beautiful beaches and coastal areas of both North and South Devon.  Plymouth with the thriving Hoe and Barbican areas is 10 miles away and the ancient stannary and market town of Tavistock is just 6 miles away.

Whistleigh Farm dates from the early 19th century and two of the working barns were converted to create character holiday properties.  The farm is now our private residence and is surrounded by fields often occupied with horses.  We purchased the property in late 2020 and  are now welcoming guests having recently refurbished both barns.
