Situated right on the edge of Dartmoor, our eleven holiday cottages are set in 24 acres of tranquil countryside, just 20 minutes from the nearest beach and a mile from the nearest pub. Plus, we’re only 35 minutes from Exeter, 30 minutes from Paignton Zoo and 15 minutes from the stunning Haldon Forest, so there’s no shortage of exciting things to do, right on the doorstep!

If you’d rather stay on-site for the duration of your cottage break, then we’ve got a whole host of great facilities for our guests to enjoy (booking dependent). These include an all-weather hard tennis court, fishing lakes, a heated indoor pool, a sauna and a games room.

“The cottages were so relaxing and beautiful you don’t need to bring everything as they have everything readily available with Co-op and Tesco so local. It’s a brilliant location for kids – the games room and swimming pool offer hours of entertainment for kids. I spent the whole weekend with the kids there and didn’t feel like we had to leave. Really, really enjoyed my stay.”
