The count house was originally built for the administration of the smelting works. The first floor would be for clerical use, accounting and assaying the ore quality. The ground floor was for the secure storage of the finished cast tin ingots. Since then it has been carefully renovated to provide spacious accommodation. Living space and kitchen upstairs with vaulted ceiling and underfloor heating, highly insulated walls and period sash windows log burner, Smart TV. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave combination and conventional ovens. Bathroom and bedrooms are downstairs with underfloor heating throughout. Second bedroom can be either twin beds or linked to provide a super-king size bed. Master bedroom has king size bed and Smart TV. Wifi throughout. Plenty of parking.
