Since its foundation in September 2018, our choir of talented choristers has become a group bound together by a love of singing and the pursuit of musical excellence. Initially open exclusively to children attending a local Catholic Primary School, the choir is now poised to embark on an exciting new phase by introducing a dedicated group of Senior Choristers. This expansion aims to provide students in school years 7-9 with the chance to participate in weekly performances within breathtaking settings.

Through the establishment of a stream of Senior Choristers, we aim to nurture their talents, foster personal growth, and create unforgettable musical experiences. We look forward to welcoming students with a passion for singing who are seeking an exciting challenge.” says Robert Pecksmith, Assistant Master of the Music at Buckfast Abbey.
Participants will benefit from a generous scholarship, which covers individual vocal and piano lessons, and entry for graded exams, enabling a broad musical education.
