Bovey Castle
The 3 AA Rosette Great Western Restaurant is the fine dining restaurant at Bovey Castle, named after the hotels previous owners the Great Western Railways, who opened Bovey Castle as a hotel in the 1930’s.
The Great Western restaurant overseen by Executive Head Chef, Mark Budd focuses on modern British dishes, including: ‘South Coast Rock Pool’, with seared, hand-dived scallops, cockles, clams and oyster emulsion; whole roast young grouse; Brixham crab and line-caught mackerel; and smoked rib-eye of Devon Red beef.
Dartmoor Lodge Hotel, Ashburton
Ideally situated on the southern tip of Dartmoor, the treasures of the moor are on our doorstep, with the beautiful, rugged and untamed scenery of the national park a thrill to explore. Having been built in the 1930s, during the golden age of motoring, we make a convenient base from which to venture farther afield as well.

Edgemoor Country House Hotel
