Dog-Friendly Hotels

More and more of us these days would prefer to take our dogs on holiday with us, rather than leaving them behind either in kennels or with a dog-sitter.

Dartmoor is a superb place for people and dogs to enjoy some fantastic walking, there’s so much varied landscape, from quiet woodlands, beautiful riverside walks and plenty of opportunities for some strenuous hiking and hill climbing across wide open, wild spaces.

Dartmoor’s accommodation providers recognise this desire to holiday as a whole family and many go to great lengths to make sure your dog is welcome and well catered for. We’ve listed ten hotels where your canine companion is easily included into your holiday plans for Dartmoor.
