The team at Ramblers’ Rest welcomed renowned hotelier Alex Polizzi earlier this year, as she brought her expert eye and candid advice to their establishment. Nikki, co-owner of Ramblers’ Rest, shared her experience: “We both struggled with some of the feedback. It was quite challenging. I know that Alex found Terry quite frustrating, then again, so do I!”
Despite the difficult moments, Nikki also expressed her admiration for the show’s host. “I have been a fan of the programme since it started and Alex is my favourite Hotel Inspector, I guess that’s why it made her comments hard to bear. She definitely gave us a very definite nudge to sharpen up our act.”
To mark this exciting occasion, The Plume of Feathers in Princetown will be hosting a public viewing party in their function room when the programme airs.
