New for 2024, bus services 171 and 172 operate Monday to Saturday (except Public Holidays) from 15th April until 2nd November. These routes both operate between Newton Abbot and Tavistock, with the 171 crossing the moors via Postbridge and Moretonhampstead and the 172 serving Dartmeet and Ashburton.

Returning for summer 2024, bus service 271 ‘Haytor Hoppa’ operates every Saturday from 25th May until 14th September. This service operates from Newton Abbot Railway Station and Town Centre to Bovey Tracey, Haytor, Widecombe, Manaton and Becky Falls.
Both services are included in the £2 fare cap, meaning a single ticket won’t cost more than £2 per person!
